We’ll try to establish a process with your institute to get your transcripts for you..

1) All documents should be clear and legible.
2) All sides and edges should be properly captured without any cuts or missing borders.
3) We advise to use professional scanners only and avoid camera/phone clicks.

Source and recipient institutions have strict document requirements to issue transcripts. Applicants often send us documents which are either photos, blurred unreadable copies of the original, truncated documents with one of the edges and/or content missing, the scanned document is too small as compared with the original. University Seal is truncated or missing. Dark/light/shiny patches and shadow on the documents.

Any of the above documents are not fit to issue transcripts and often leads to rejection and thus wastage of your valuable time and money. To avoid this, we request you to send clear scan copies of the documents.

Often degree certificate and university issued mark-sheets for some institutes are oversized and don’t fit our normal home scanners. We advise you to take them to a business centre like FedEx/UPS stores or use a commercial scanner with document reducers. Take clear copies of the documents and send them to us.

For WES, transcripts need to be sent directly by the institute as WES rules. Just enter WES address in the “New Recipient Address” on the apply page and specify the WES reference# in the Instructions section.

If you have multiple orders that needs to be shipped to any international home address, drop us an email at support@rkconsulting.com and we will help you combine shipping for them, so you pay for shipping only once for the same address.

We advise everyone to order at-least 1-2 extra copy for back-up. You may get these shipped to your home address in India, using our free shipping to 1 Indian address.

If you are entering international recipient address, we will advise you to ship it to the institutes like WES/ university directly, to avoid package being rendered useless, if inspected by customs. And hence wasting your valuable time and money.

For WES, transcripts need to be shipped directly by the university. You may enter WES address in the shipping section and WES reference number in the comments. Some universities do not include degree certificate in the sealed envelope containing transcripts. In such case, you may have to upload scan of the degree-certificate online in your WES account.

Transcripts will be issued by the university your college was affiliated to.

This is an optional form, not needed by WES. You need the WES ref # mentioned on this form and make sure to mention that in the comments section of the shipping address.

Terms and Condition

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;
  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use;
  • You are not under the age of 18
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
  • You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise;
  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  • Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).

 

Refund policy

  • Refund Amount will transfer to India bank account only. Refund process will take minimum of 7-10 working days.
  • If supporting documents of application found to be FAKE/ FORGED/ALTERED/ TAMPERED on the time of submission to University/College, such application do not get Refund amount. University may take legal necessary step.
  • If cancellation/rejection of application, before submission of application to University/ institution. Cancellation Fee up Rs.1500/- of Service Fee will be deducted and if GST is applicable.
  • In case the university/college authorities ask for applicant’s contact information due to any reason, we will be bound to disclose the same.
  • Application hold due to lack of information or providing incomplete supporting documents / Fake documents or any other reason, after the submission of documents to university such application will get closed automatically after 2 months. No refunds shall be applicable in such a case.
  • The Expecting date or time of estimation given is based on the historical data or past experience of delivery times by the educational institutes. Estimate time Complete depends on University, it may vary due any reason.
  • After processing the documents and collection of Education Records from the University/ institution, if it is not collected by the client/applicant within 2 month due to any reasons, No refunds shall be applicable in such a case.

All payment information is securely stored by our payment processor and we do not have access to your sensitive information, such as credit card/debit card number or security code.
After the sign up on our Website, we may ask specific information related to you and supporting documents to prepare the application packet
Documents such as consent letter, application form, Mark sheets, Degree certificate, authority letter other supporting documents uploaded by you will be used only for the purpose given for.

When you use our Website, we automatically collect certain computer information by the interaction of your mobile phone or web browser with our Website. Such information is typically considered non-personal information. We also collect the following:

Cookies

Documents/Application Processing Policy

  1. Request rise by the customer/ user to RK Consulting Services online. RK Consulting Services applies to university or institute or any other organization with supporting documents on behalf of customer within next 1 to 15 working days after receiving all the required documents and payments.
    2. The processing time of universities vary widely ranging from 1 to 60 working days after submission it depends on university of complete file, and beyond the control of True Transcript. Once after receiving the complete supporting documents we will inform you expected time of processing of your application.
    3. After receiving/collection the documents from issuing authority at the University/ intuition. We dispatch the same via appropriate method as chosen by customer by Courier Company or postal service and tracking number will be shared.

We may employ third-party companies/ agency and individuals due to facilitate our Service, or to provide the Service on our behalf
We want to inform our Service users that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
